Volunteer Action Required – Health & Safety and Compliance

To help us deliver safe, well-managed and fully compliant events, we require all volunteers to complete a short registration and compliance form.

This is an essential part of our event planning process and ensures that:

• You are correctly registered as a volunteer

• We have the necessary emergency and contact information

• You understand your responsibilities on event day

• We meet our Health & Safety, safeguarding and legal obligations

Completion of this form is mandatory for all volunteers and forms part of our event safety and governance requirements.
